Introduction
In 2013, ARRI introduced the ALEXA XR Module which, for the first time, allows uncompressed in-camera
ARRIRAW recording. This not only makes for a smaller, lighter and more affordable ARRIRAW camera
package, it also simplifies setup and operation while avoiding unnecessary cabling. The result is a faster,
more reliable and more versatile workflow on set.
